Learn how to profit from sustainability with the Sustain2Win simulation
Let’s help the world build more sustainable businesses!
Our Sustain2Win simulation is used internationally to teach students and executives about sustainability. It is used in MBA programs, business programs, sustainability programs and is the underlying engine for The Sustainability World Cup.
It explores the subject from a business perspective and helps learners appreciate that you do not necessarily need to make a choice between profit or planet. Moreover, we help learners appreciate that sustainability is about improving people’s lives as well, all within a competitive market. In fact we use a proprietary 8P Model that covers all the key aspects of the subject beyond the 3Ps of profit, planet and people.
Participants compete within a simulated global industry to improve their sustainable growth over time. Key insights are learned within a safe environment and those lessons can then be confidently applied in the real world.
Sustainable growth strategies can then be developed and executed much more successfully.
The Sustain2Win Simulation
The Sustain2Win simulation is our best simulation yet! It is built upon our core simulator used by universities and corporations to teach strategic growth for over a decade. It has had significant input from sustainability professors, researchers, authors, consultants and practicing professionals. It is linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), the UN Global Compact, the work of the World Economic Forum, award-winning research on the subject and several successful case examples of companies that have made real sustainable progress. It provides not only a comprehensive introduction to the subject, but also an opportunity to enjoy learning how to overcome the challenges to become a force for good.
Key learnings:
After completing the simulation, learners will be able to:
- Understand sustainability including its scope, key principles, models and terms
- Learn about ESG and how it measures sustainable growth
- Understand the sustainability system
- Identify the challenges and opportunities of sustainability for business leaders
- Develop a strategy that delivers competitive, sustainable growth
- Balance profitable growth with environmental and social improvement
