Lindy achieved this by playing the online Market2win Game and guiding her virtual company to a superb market victory beating four other companies to the top position. In doing so, she demonstrated the right stuff for senior leadership including superior customer insight, situation awareness, strategic leadership and masterful execution.
Lindy was very glad she signed up to one of our games: “I love strategy games and I think bringing in colleagues to make the experience come to life was really good and a way of meeting new friends. I was checking our performance by five past nine most days and enjoyed the expectation and excitement of seeing how we performed against the competition. The game did make me think about my own company which was extremely helpful and I’m sure I will use some of the tools provided in the future.”
Edmund Bradford, the Game Master for this game added, “This was a particularly challenging game with a large virtual team to lead. Lindy did very well in motivating the team and sharing the workload around the team so the whole team was participating as a powerful united force.”
