Edmund Bradford, Managing Director
BA(Hons), MBA, DipM, MCIM

Edmund has over 25 years of experience designing and implementing strategic initiatives around the world.

He has written extensively on the subjects of strategic account management and strategic marketing. In addition to his many articles he is also the co-author of Marketing Navigation: How to Keep Your Marketing Plans On Course to Implementation Success available on Amazon.

He is a visiting speaker at many business schools and works with simulations to help students learn and apply strategic thinking. In addition, his company experience includes work with Afton Chemicals, Brussels Airlines, Compass Group, GlaxoSmithKline, Jones Lang LaSalle, Lucas Aerospace (now Goodrich), LloydsTSB, Parker Hannifin Corporation, United Utilities and a host of small enterprises.

Market2Win was a Finalist in the 2010 CIM Marketing Excellence Awards (the marketing Oscars of the UK) and his work with Compass Group helped them win the 2013 Strategic Account Management Excellence Award from the highly respected Strategic Account Management Association based in Chicago.

Edmund holds a degree in Economics, an MBA from Warwick University a Diploma in Marketing and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.


Professor Malcolm McDonald, Chairman
MA (Oxon) MSc PhD D.Litt FCIM FRSA

Until 2003, Malcolm was Professor of Marketing and Deputy Director of Cranfield University School of Management, with special responsibility for E-Business.

He is a graduate in English Language and Literature from Oxford University, in Business Studies from Bradford University Management Centre, and has a PhD from Cranfield University. He also has a Doctorate from BradfordUniversity. He has extensive industrial experience, including a number of years as Marketing and Sales Director of Canada Dry where, inter alia, he controlled a sales force of 250 people. He also spent some time training sales people and sales managers for multinational companies such as SKF and Alfa Laval.

He spends much of his time working with the operating boards of the world’s biggest multinational companies, such as IBM, Xerox, BP and the like, in most countries in the world, including Japan, USA, Europe, South America, ASEAN and Australasia.

He has written over 40 books, including the best seller "Marketing Plans; how to prepare them; how to use them" and many of his papers have been published.

Apart from market segmentation, his current interests centre around the measurement of the financial impact of marketing expenditure and global best practice key account management.

He is an Emeritus Professor at Cranfield and a Visiting Professor at Henley, Warwick, Aston and Bradford Business Schools


Nick Thomas, Senior Consultant
BA(Hons), MBA, DipM, FCIM

Nick Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the marketing field and has advised a large number of clients on assignments both in the UK and internationally including Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.

He has deep experience of the property and construction industry but has also worked in many other sectors both as a senior executive and as a consultant.

His clients range from major players like Amec and Kier through to start-ups where he often works as a business coach. His areas of expertise include market segmentation, strategy, planning, research, feasibility studies, due diligence and key account management.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Nick worked in the oil, textiles and property industries and spent five years with venture capital group 3i.

He holds a degree in History, an MBA from Manchester Business School, a Diploma in Marketing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is also a coach for Young Enterprise (a UK charity that teaches school children about business).


Peter Vince, Senior Consultant
BA, M Eng

Peter specialises in organisational development and change management, by guiding large scale change projects or delivering short engagements to resolve specific performance issues.

Peter has over twenty years of consulting experience, working with clients ranging from start-ups to global enterprises in Europe, USA and Asia, in a wide range of industry sectors.

Peter’s experience includes leading roles in work on business process re-engineering, new product development and introduction, supply chain management, capability development, strategy, and engagement.

Peter has previously worked for Lucas Engineering and Systems, the consulting division of Lucas Industries; CSC Computer Sciences, a global systems integration and IT outsourcing firm; and Hewitt Associates, a global organisational development and HR outsourcing firm.

Peter holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and a Masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering, both from Cambridge University.


Adrian Logan, Senior Consultant
BA (Hons), CMCIPD

Adrian specialises in developing sales organisations and people, including Key Account Managers and teams.

He has over 25 years of experience developing Sales functions, both as an external consultant and in various in-house roles.

His most recent corporate role was with Siemens in the UK where he was responsible for ensuring the organisation had the right account management capability. He held that role until 2013.

Prior to that Adrian was a freelance consultant, specialising in salesforce and management development. He worked with Managers and salespeople on every major continent and in a wide variety of sectors.

He has a degree in Business Administration and French from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is a current committee member and former Chairman of the Sales Performance Association.


Hussam Asmar, Senior Consultant
BA(Hons), MSc, DipM, MCIM, Chartered Marketer

Hussam Asmar has extensive senior marketing experience in both the Middle East and Europe.

His company experience includes being the Marketing & Strategy Manager for Lafarge where he played a major role in establishing the strategic marketing department and leading the change toward a market-driven organization. More recently, he has joined Unilever where he performs the role of Brand Building Manager covering $40m of branded products and controlling a marketing budget of $4m.

Before joining Lafarge, he worked as a marketing instructor, consultant and interim manager working with companies such as Nestle, STS, Alfaparf, Munir Sukhtian Group, Nasser Group and Pro Group.

His teaching experience includes delivering market research and strategic marketing classes at Yarmouk University in Jordan. He has also delivered training courses for the United Nations, The British Council, The UK’s Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and USAID.

He has published research papers in the European Marketing Conference and the Journal of International Marketing Management.

Hussam holds a degree in Marketing & Accounting from Yarmouk University, a Masters degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde in the UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the CIM. He is a Chartered Marketer and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.


Laura Roldán, Consultant
BA, MA

Laura holds both a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Banking and Finance from Seville University in Spain.

She has experience in the banking sector and has worked in different companies as an accountant.

She lives in Spain and is primarily responsible for undertaking market research and supporting Market2Win'’s business development in the Spanish market.
